Waxing after episiotomy

Has anyone who tore or had an episiotomy had a brazilian wax yet?  Did you do it once you were healed or did you add some time just to be safe?  Did your doctor give you a recommendation?  I plan to ask my doctor at my 6 week check up this week but would love to hear others' experiences.  Not sure if this matters, but I've been doing brazilians for as long as I can remember.

 So I'm not really concerned about the pain but I am concerned about disrupting things down there! Thanks ladies.
