Tips for motivation

Recently I’ve just been really depressed. I managed to keep my depression away myself for a few months, but some things have recently popped up in my life that are starting to trigger it again. I wanted to know if anyone has tips on motivation? In the mornings if feels literally impossible to pull myself out of bed. And half the time, i wont even be tired. It just hurts thinking about all i have to do each day when i wake up. All I want to do is sleep. Do you have any tips on how to motivate yourself when feeling like this?
