Feel like we’re going no where!

My hubby has had 2 semen tests done showing high amounts of white blood cells not allowing them to see a count of his sperm. Then blood work was ran, he had an ultrasound done of his testicles which showed something but a second ultrasound shows nothing. The urologist that reviewed it took the second ultrasound to a radiologist conference and we had an appt with her today.

The urologist called to say he didn’t need to come in to his appt because she reviewed everything and his stuff shows nothing. Nothing on the ultrasound, no sign of cancer (praise God). But she doesn’t know anything about fertility so she said he has to see this other urologist the urologist who specializes in fertility. Well the consultation will be free, but anything further than that will cost. She said that he’s not even gonna see the endocrinologist because his primary spoke with her after speaking with the endocrinologist and they don’t feel he needs to see an endo. His FSH and LH are high but they think it’s due to lack of sperm or damaged sperm. Not due to brain issue. We can’t afford a fertility Dr! So I have no idea what we will do. We are going no where and we still don’t know why his FSH and LH levels are high and why there was high white blood cells in his semen!
