Im to broke to go to the doctors and have no insurance and ive had one miscarriage before a long time ago but i started my period last night and its super heavy today more so than normal and my cramps are worse than normal and im not sure if i need to go to the doctors or if its just my period being an ass, is there something i should be looking for specifically???? Please help!
