6 month old still nurses to sleep

Our baby we be 6 months old next week. We have a 3 bedroom house, baby is still in our room. Our almost 3 year old twins are in separate rooms. We tried to share when they were babies. What are the best options for breaking this habit? I nurse her back to sleep a few times in the night also. She can sleep 7 hr stretches but it’s not a regular thing. I know she wakes and isn’t always hungry. I tried to break this habit 2 months ago but she would just get soo pissed off that she wasn’t on my boob. She doesn’t like bottles or pacifiers. I have let her cry/fuss for a few mins but it’s hard with sharing a room. Once in awhile she will get herself to sleep. We are going to start food soon and my husband thinks that is the answer. I should add that I don’t have her on a good nap schedule yet. It’s hard with the twins.
