Breastfeeding increases your chance of multiples. 
Why it took my hubs and I fertility help to conceive our first then our second and third pregnancies were conceived 6 and 9 months PP while breastfeeding and were twins. Ended as vanishing twins both times. Our fourth pregnancy was conceived at 4 months PP just ended as a miscarriage and our fifth pregnancies was conceived exactly 1 year PP while breastfeeding and we got our rainbow twins. Currently 11w1d with them.
