Labor or just regular aches?

Having continuous light cramping in front and almost like a gassy full feeling in butthole area. But I don’t have to go. Feeling a lot of pressure in cervix area.
Are these regular pains or start of labor or???
I never felt contractions with my first until my water broke, TYIA.
