IUI/ 5DPO symptoms

This is our first month with IUI, I’m currently 5 DPO. The IUI went perfectly, we had double of everything needed for a pregnancy and I was on Clomid days 3-7. I’m currently experiencing tender breasts, higher temps, tiredness, very light cramps at 2DPO (but nothing now), nausea off and on and extra hungry like my energy is being zapped quicker. I haven’t tested with a hpt yet as I know it’s too early, the Doctors all said after testing and IUI that we should get it on the first month but are these symptoms of pregnancy or am I just getting my hopes up? I was told there also a higher chances for multiples as well.
