Extreme dizziness?

Hey ladies, I had the Mirena IUD placed last Friday. That’s the only thing that has changed in my life in the past week - had a baby 7 weeks ago if that matters. But anyways, I have been dealing with EXTREME dizziness and getting really lightheaded multiple times a day. My blood pressure is always right at 120/80 and heart rate around 65. It’s also probably not my blood sugar tanking because as I’ve said nothing has changed, I eat and drink as needed.

Has anyone ever heard of this or had it happen to them? It makes it really hard as a SAHM to take care of a newborn and chase a toddler when you feel like you can barely walk, and I just need to figure out whether to call my OB/GYN or make an appointment with my primary.
