PCOS and feeling like swollen ovaries?!

Hey all- I was recently diagnosed with PCOS which was very disheartening. I don’t have any of the classic symptoms and was able to get pregnant on my own after 2 months of trying, although it ended in miscarriage. After 3 months of trying after the miscarriage nothing happened, hence why I ended up at a fertility clinic.

Anyway, before I was diagnosed around CD 30 I felt like my ovaries were going to explode. It was a really uncomfortable pressure which made me a bit panicky. I believe I didn’t ovulate that cycle and speculate it was my body trying to ovulate but not being able. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you!!
