Not diagnosed. This is a pic of my current 40 day cycle no AF. Last cycle was 80 days cycle before that was 50.

It totally depends but could be. That looks like my cycle from when I was diagnosed. I think it’s worth it to go to a fertility specialist to get checked out. You’ll be really happy you did just to have some answers. I don’t have most of the typical signs of PCOS but through blood tests found out I’m insulin resistant with an under active thyroid so I was put on Synthroid and Metformin. I believe that plus doing the PCOS diet helped me actually ovulate this month. Cycles that long are really frustrating and you may not be ovulating, so don’t waste any more time!! Trust me I wish I had gone to the doctor months ago. Best of luck to you!!

Definitely go see a specialist if your cycles are that long. I have PCOS and my cycles go long on the cycles I don’t ovulate. I do ovulate though.. just not every month. Only way for me to know is by testing during my would-be fertile window. Things that helped regulate my cycles were vitex, and maca root. There’s also a really good supplement out there called Balance by the Alani Nu brand. It’s a total hormone balancing supplement and ppl swear by it (I just started)
