Trigger warning, Follow on post from another regarding what my son said

About a week and half ago my son 2 years old, Hugged my belly and said baby sick go to the Doctor. It was random and out of no where. I wouldn’t have thought much into only that I had lost my Daughter 36 and half weeks. I’m now pregnant again with Rainbow baby, A couple days later I slipped on his fire truck going up in the air landing on my Butt, I called labour and delivery and they said to come in for Monitoring and also because I’m o negative blood to have Anti D.

2 days after blood test I was told Babies blood was found in my blood so they are now doing ctg every 2 days until I do repeat blood test next Wednesday to make sure no more blood cells found. They said when babies lose blood they can quickly become anemic, which is what they are looking out for on CTG monitor.

So my question is, I know I’m over thinking it but I keep thinking something is wrong. Or is this just a huge coincidence again?
