Please help me understand?

Hi 
So I went to my MFM specialist today and #2 and #3 is new on my notes can anyone help me understand what this means? I’m 33 weeks with grade 3 placenta and also he told me baby boy has 1.2cm of extra fluid on his brain why wasn’t this found before now? I’m just really scared and stressed as the doctor didn’t explain anything to me..my water broke with my daughter 34 weeks

I would call and leave a message asking for a call back as soon as they open Monday. It sucks that you got this on a Friday.

Thank you girls..I’m just really anxious and scared because he just kinda rushed in told me his finding and I asked what it all means and only thing he replied was “we will keep an eye on it see you back in 3 weeks” and closed the door as he walked out
