Pimples down there?¿

So I noticed yesterday that I had a little pimple down there because I didn’t wear underwear while wearing sweats (I was comfortable) then when I took a shower I shaved because it’s getting stubbly and went around the pimple carefully to not shave it off. Then today the pimple didn’t really bother me all day but when I was about to take a shower and checked down there the pimple popped 😭 and I got so scared because what if it’s an std or something so I cleaned it with a little bit of disinfectant and idk if it’s gonna go away or not. I need help/advice!!
