Pregnancy an weight loss??
Ive seen alot of yall posting about before pregnancy you was super healthy an now your baby just wont let ya eat that way. Which is fine. All pregnancies and mommas are different. But... My pregnancy is the oppisite. Im 9wks an have lost 7lbs. Ive ate but all i want is Mexican chicken burritos, eggs and oreo shakes or fruits n veggies lol an no matter how much i eat weather its healthy or junk i keep losing weight. Has this ever happened to anyone??? An would it be safe to actually push for it??? I started at 195 I'm 188 an my goal by summer time WAS 174. was as in before i got pregnant
To be clear. I dont mean dieting. I mean being extremely healthy an if it happens it happens if not then okay. If i get there an shoot up because of being pregnant that's okay to. I dont really care. Thoughts?
