Bad stomach pains, back pains then diarrhea 🤦🏽‍♀️

Early this am around 3, I woke up to horrible sharp stomach pains and my back hurting. I tried sitting up which made it worse so I lied back down, few minutes later the pain was there again and all the same, I got up went to the restroom tried having a bm ( kinda felt like I had to poop) nothing happened so I went back to my bed. Again, same problem same pain, so I got back up went to the restroom and end up having a small amount of diarrhea( which really didn’t come out too easy) I went back to bed in a lil less pain and fell asleep. When I woke up I was having Wht I think are BH (So far 3). Not sure if Thts normal, I’ll be only 32 weeks Monday. Idk if I should wait until I feel the same pain to go to the er/ call doc or just count tht as something tht just happens when ur pregnant.
