What should I do?

Baby’s dad left. I posted about it awhile ago . I haven’t heard from him since. My question is should I ask about diapers and such or should I wait until paternity test comes back? I’m very confused as to how to handle this whole situation

No I wouldn’t trust that he would help on his own. File for child support.

If he has no interest in being involved then seeking child support once the baby is here would be my advice.  He would be entitled to rights though as long as he is proven fit.

Im in the same situation here, but how does the last name of the child would be, I’m so lost I’m going to file for child support but should I register my child with his last name I need some advice, or once child support results are in he is obligated to register like his daughter😩😩😩😩any advice

It depends on your situation. If he was abusive, I would just file for child support. If he’s immature, but not abusive, I would ask him and his family for whatever help I could get.

My ex left me at 9 months pregnant.. was supportive my whole pregnancy but never bought a thing.. ended up marrying a random girl so he could get BAH (military pay) so I didn't even ask.. took him straight for child support. After the paternity test we came to an agreement and it's been smooth sailing since! I'd say wait it out and let the child support office do the negotiating for you!!
