Cracked nipples?
My daughter is about two days old. Before we left the hospital the nurses told me the latch was good, though still uncomfortable. We’re home now and they’re extremely sore after feeding, and my right had red mucus coming out of it. Maybe my milk is coming in, or she’s not latching properly?
