Hair loss? Is this normal...

So i’m iron deficient so My hair has been thinning over the past year but i just took a shower after 2-3 days.. is this amount of hair fall in the shower normal? I’m about to have a panic attack bc i never really bothered to check my hairfall until i saw this today.
