Weight loss journey: I’m doing good

I am so proud of my progress. I went from 187 pounds to 158. From size 10-11 to size 6. I can’t tell you how good it feels!

Thank you so much guys! All I’ve been doing was intermittent fasting and then I walked more often.

I fast for 16 hours which means I eat only after between 12:00pm and 8:00pm, I avoid junk food and soda.

Then I go on long walks everyday, usually 8 miles long or more.

That’s it.
