How do you sleep through this??

Baby doesn’t need a feed until about 5 a.m. but still cries a little bit between most of his sleep cycles. He’s in his own room but I hear it on the monitor. 15 seconds of crying will have me awake for an hour 😩 How do you hear your baby when he needs you but not get woken up by every little sound?

I turned my monitor down so I only hear the louder sounds of her actually being awake.

This happened to me when my son slept in our room. Every time he made a noise I would wake up. After awhile I stopped waking up at every noise. You just have to get used to it.

This is the monitor I use which has an eco mode setting so you don’t hear every little noise!

My monitor has an”eco mode” where it doesn’t come on unless he makes enough noise and you can adjust how sensitive it is. I have it set where it doesn’t even come on if he just makes little noises, but I hear him when he starts to actually cry.

How old is your baby? He might be disturbed less if he’s in your room (unless he’s an older baby). I think generally you get used to it with a smaller baby :) x
