I need advice

Sorry if my English is poor, its my second language...

I just had a miscarriage this morning. I'm struggling whether to tell my bf or not. He didn't know I was pregnant because I was only a couple of weeks late and just had a blood test on Friday. I was supposed to get results today but this seems to have answered it for me. I didn't tell him I may be pregnant because I didn't want to make him worry for nothing if I wasn't. Anyway, what should I do? Let him know what happened or keep it to myself?
