Need hope

I’ve been posting this image in hopes that someone has a story to share. I’m on 2.5 mg of Femara (this is my first cycle trying with medication since having irregular cycles and no ovulation as per day 21 testing)... I’m on CD11 today.

Past cycles I’ve used opks I’ve never received a ratio number in the Premom app greater than .40ish. I consider the image below some form of success on Femara as I have some high “values”. I know the one that reads peak isn’t a peak, the app just automatically controls that. I’m still waiting for a value of .90 or above.

My question to all you wonderful women out there is: is this normal? Is it normal to fluctuate so much? Has this happened to you?
