How long should 3 month old be awake?

How long does your 3 month stay awake in between naps? Is 2 hours in between naps normal?

1 1/2 to 2 hours and he typically takes 30-45 minute naps. Any longer than that and he starts hysterically screaming so 😫

For that age they should be awake for 2 hours between sleeps if you want good long naps and sleeping longer overnight. You should build up to it gradually if LO gets tired by the 1.5 mark by adding an extra 5 minutes every day. We follow the Little Ones sleep program and he has been sleeping 7pm-7am since we started about 3 weeks ago. He’ll only wake for a feed in the night maybe once a week. He’s 10 weeks old now :) he has about 3-4 hours of sleep during the day from 2-3 naps.

1.5 to 2 hours is normal, however, my daughter stays awake a lot longer than that no matter what i do. 😐

My son usually goes 1.5hrs between naps but will do a 3hr awake session before bedtime just because I'm too busy with dinner/bathing/2yo to put him down for a sleep 😅

Usually 1 1/2 hours but she will do the odd 2 between naps! Except the last of the day she will do half 5 till bed at 8 but that’s because she’s stocking up on food to sleep the night !!
