Could I be pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend usually always use condoms, I am not taking any form of birth control. The last couple times we’ve have sex we didn’t use a condom but he did pull out which was the 4th and the 11th and the 4th was during my fertile window. I’m supposed to be getting my period the 15th and my nipples hurt so bad which my boobs never hurt before or during my period so could that be a early sign of pregnancy???
