Need some advice on this🤦‍♀️

Hello! Okay, I have been talking with this guy since November of last year. We flirt and stuff over the phone and throughout messages. We both live in different states (13 hours away) so we don’t see each other nor have we met in person. As we got to know each other we learned that other little one shares the same birthday.

So a month before he said it’s time for us to meet in person. He said that he was going to stop by because he has to come through the state I live in to get to where his little one lives to an surprise on their birthday. Long story short as it got closer to the day we planned to meet he got short on talking with me and kept lying about his phone service. I texted him that morning but I got no answer back until the next day. So I pulled a him on him and kept my replies short.

No he’s not a catfish we have sent snaps to each other before and he’s on my social media pages. I just want some advice about what I should do. Should I just cut him off or what? I like him but I’m not up for the games. Help a lady out. Thank you in advance😉
