Confusion

So I had spotting (was 6 days late)and then after that had heavy bleeding followed by cramping and now have spotting again I'm pretty sure. Increased appetite, constantly having to pre, sore boobs, constantly hungry, tired, headaches, my lower abdomin is so flipping firm even when I suck in my tummy. I've taken so many tests that have come out negative and I'm getting really annoyed now. Advise?
