If you ovulate really late on a regular 28/30 cycle, can u still get pregnant?

Question

I typically have a regular 28/30 day cycle and usually ovulate around cd15/16. Today I'm on cycle day 17 and no sign of ovulation. 
My question is, if you ovulate really late like anytime after cd 17 + can you still fall pregnant? Does this effect your lutual phase? 
This hasn't happened to me before so I'm trying to figure out if I've still got a chance or not.

My cycle right now is 32days and ovulating on CD 19/20/21 is considered "normal" bc my LP is 11days (used to be 9days which I conceived 3xs with that 1birth) my LP has changed from 9days to 11days. 
Ovulating "late" is further out from 21days. I believe 21days is the start of "late" it all depends on all your cycle numbers. If that makes sense. Good luck babe. Sending you good vibes your way xoxo

I ovulate cd16-18 and i only have a 10day luteal phase, been pregnant twice in two years with no issues around conception

It doesn't affect your luteal phase. It will always be consistent (unless you have some other underlying problem). The length of your cycle is determined by when you ovulate, not by your previous cycle.

If you ovulate later, your period will be later too. Your luteal length rarely changes by more than a day or 2, so you'll end up with a longer cycle - that's all.

What everyone else says. I usually O around CD 16 and have a 29 day cycle. This month was CD 19 so expecting my cycle to be more like 32/33 which happens often for me.
