so I am in a relationship and I overthink about a lot but that’s because I’ve been broken so many times before and he swears to me and tells me that he isn’t cheating and when I try to grab his phone he doesn’t hesitate or doesn’t trip so I don’t know we had a problem before because we took a break and he messed around by that I mean had sex with another female in those 2 days we where taking a break and my trust just went off the walls after because I didn’t think we were single so why would he do it but now where good and haven’t had a problem but I just over think hella am I right for overthinking can you all tell me what you think? Like what can I do different to prove to my self that I can really put all of my trust in him again ?
