Nights and days mixed up
Hi ladies. My one month old has his days and nights COMPLETELY flip flopped. I was wondering if any of you experienced this and how you fixed it? I know he’s only a month old, but I wanna start trying to get his schedule a little bit more than it is now. Also any tips for sleeping in crib? We co slept for the first month, but before it gets out of hand I would like to get him to sleep in his crib.
