Cycle length

I have a 24 day cycle. I don’t know if I truly ovulate yet. I start opk’s this cycle. Af is due Friday. So I will be testing then. We’ve been Ttc for a almost 2 years now and had one chemical pregnancy and one miscarriage. My OB says the second I find out I’m pregnant to come run and he will start me on progesterone shots. I’m current taking prenatals, vitamin B, C, evening primrose oil, fish oil, women’s vitamins, and 1,000mg vitex everyday... I just started these last week! Is 24 day cycle irregular..could these be a reason why it’s been so hard?
