Iui with short luteal phase

Hi all,

I have a history of short luteal phase, late ovulation and Low AMH. I’m 32. This cycle we did iui, with femara, menopur, and progesterone in the luteal phase. Is it possible to feel signs of period on dpo 6?

I feel like I’m going crazy. I track and write down my symptoms in each luteal phase. On my natural cycles, I usually feel ovary cramps 2-3 days before my period comes. Today, I am feeling those ovary cramps even though I’m on progesterone. Is this possible? I feel like something is more wrong with me than just needing progesterone supplements. Anyone experience this?
