Dad not helping😭

So baby is 10 weeks old, my partner does not help me at all during the week. His excuse is that he works Monday to Friday and is tired when he gets in. I lost it tonight and we have had a massive row. He keeps moaning that baby does not like him and cries whenever he holds him and I said it’s probably because he hardly does anything to bond with him.

He briefly helps the weekend but that’s it and to me that is not enough, in my eyes staying at home with a baby all day is exhausting and a job too but he doesn’t agree🙄

I had a traumatic birth and got readdmitted with postpartum sepsis following childbirth so suffering with postpartum anxiety as it is the last thing I need is this!

Even 1 nappy change when he gets in from work would help but no, he just throws a big tantrum if I ask him to help in the week, I really don’t know what to do 😭😭😭
