I hope this clears things up

I see a lot of this on here where people don’t understand how to start their birth control if they aren’t starting it on a Sunday. There’s stickers that come with the pills. I’ve never not had stickers come with the pills. I’m not saying they all come with stickers, just that I’ve personally never had them come without stickers. I started a new pack on Wednesday so I peeled off the sticker that starts with Wednesday.

I put it on the birth control pack

And I started with the first pill under Wednesday.

The next pill I will take is the one under Thursday right beside it. Hopefully this helps anyone that might be confused because I see alooot of it
