Help me plz ♥️brown period

So my period is late. When I was younger I had also had brown irregular or heavy long terrible painful periods. (Was a virgin then)

Now It’s been irregular again since I stopped birth control last summer. Now I have brown/dark red discharge all day for the past few days. Ik I’m not pregnant but there’s that what if factor.

Recent period schedule:

Dec 20th

Jan 20th

Feb skipped into March (Took a plan b just in case)

March 15

April 5 (was very horny this month, had sex vaginally twice but he pulled out & didn’t come inside at all, he comes outside by self or my penetration)

May: waiting with brown

I’ve been very stressed as usual.

My diets not the greatest & I can go all day with eating once or nothing withought hunger or I can be hungry & eat all day. (Not on purpose, part of my anxiety) I’ve actually gained 5 pounds the past few months which I’m happy about.

I don’t drink enough fluids either. Idk how I’m alive lol
