Helping husband understand baby development

Does anyone have any short or month by month articles or books that talk about engaging with your baby?

I want to encourage my husband to interact and talk to our baby more. Sometimes he is great but it’s almost like he is nervous and just mostly holds him or thinks he needs feeding the second he fusses
