Need help and advice !!!

We both had sex for the first time in 5 months. It was raw. He cums fast now because of it. I’m exactly 7 days before my period and I’m getting cramps which I don’t get a week before my period and cramps in my lower back. I need to pee all the time now I’m always tired. I don’t know if it’s my period coming or symptoms it’s been 2 weeks almost 3 since the sex. I’m scared and need some advice
