IUI questions!

So this is my first month doing IUI, and I can’t seem to get any real info from my doctor. I ovulate on my own but have been on clomid 2 months, and clomid and femara last month. Ovulated all 3 months verified by bloodwork. I took those two meds CD 5-9, so I ovulated around CD16-17. I’m supposed to do clomid and femara again this cycle but days 3-7. So my cycle is going to be Memorial Day weekend 😔 and will go in for my ultrasound on CD14. Is this going to be too late??? I’ll be testing for ovulation, but should I be worried that we’ll miss it? Or if I’m ovulating at the US, will we have to do the IUI right then and there? I’m also supposed to trigger 40 hrs prior to IUI, so will I have time to do that? Should we start having sex soon up until the US? Lol sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure we do this right and have the greatest chance possible. Going on 2 years TTC.
