Super painful cramp feeling

Not sure where to post... i just randomly got this terrible cramping feeling in my uterus area and it went down into my butt. I’m not supposed to get my period for like 2 weeks and I just ovulated on Tuesday so wtf is this pain. It was enough to make me like yell and go sit on the toilet for 20 mins. It still hurts a lot, but is a little more bearable. And I took some Advil but wtf. Do I need to go to the hospital? Lol. I know thats a bit of an overreaction, but I’ve never experienced cramps this bad except when I have my period.
