Pregnant dog eating fudge?

I know it’s the wrong room, I just need answers.
She’s due within the week and just ate some fudge from a little container that people normally sell it in if it’s made on a farm or ranch. Idk how much was in it. Anyone know if she’ll be okay? Or the puppies she’s carrying? Can’t take her to the vet because no form of transportation at the moment.

Normal fudge is non-toxic to dogs so I would assume she and her pups are okay, however calling your vet to make sure wouldn’t hurt.
If the fudge contained chocolate, please get her to a vet ASAP! Chocolate can make dogs extremely ill and can even kill them.

Definitely not the right group but I’ll give you an answer to ease you but I don’t know if u will see it before your post is deleted it could kill the dog and the puppies seeing how you dont know how much it’s hard to tell what will happen without a vet basically a small amount can cause lots of stomach pain diarrhea etc its not as bad but the dog will be in pain if u can get any transportation in the next 24 hours due so just for a vet opinion

Chocolate is toxic for dogs. Monitor her closely and I’d still call a vet to see if there is anything you can do. 
Sometimes a very small amount isn’t that bad and most dogs are fine but it would just depend on how much she ate.

You can call poison control. My in-laws dog ate a bag of chocolates and my SIL called animal control and they told her what to do.

She should be fine just watch here . We had a smal dog(corgi) that ate a whole  big bag of Hershey kisses while we were gone for the day and she was fine so even if it was chocolate it may be fine just keep a close eye on it and if it starts showing signs of being sick take it to the vet a quick as possible.

I have heard that chocolate can harm dogs, but honestly don’t know after this happened... ⬇️
A few years back, my family and I were visiting out of state family. Long story short, we end up with one of those giant, talking 18 oz I think, bars of Hershey’s chocolate. Anyways, we leave it on the kitchen table (in the wrapper) and come home to it being gone and a pieces of wrapper scattered. The family’s dog, yellow lab, had eaten the whole bar but ended up being entirely fine with no (known) lasting effects.
