Letrozole/Fermara Success Stories?

I have PCOS, I'm 20 years old and my husband is 26. We've been trying for 4 years. I don't ovulate. I tried clomid before and it did nothing. I'm being prescribed these fertility medications tomorrow. I've heard it is better for women who have PCOS and for women who Clomid didn't work for. Any success stories?? How long did it take you to get your BFP? How long did it take you to start ovulating?

Answer

I took letzerol 5mg cycle 5-9. Didn't produce any follicles so I was immediately stair stepped to 7.5mg for another 5 days. Produced 2 dominate follicles did 6500 trigger shot. And 2 iuis. Found out I was pregnant with twins 2 weeks later however I had a rare  hetrotopic pregnancy so only 1 made it to the uterus. The other was stuck in my tube.

Answer

My doctor thinks I have pcos. After she runs some more tests, if I do shes putting me on metformin with an IUI. She said that medicine works well with pcos.
