Hemorrhoids and swollen perineum 32 weeks

I was released from hospital yesterday after 9 days with gastro. Being on the loo so much gave me hemorrhoids. I woken overnight so itchy downstairs its driving me crazy! I can’t help but scratch even though it makes it worst. Anyone else had this? What did you use to help?

Im going insane.

Not sure if skin is sensitive from using cheap loo paper whilst in hospital or just normal hemorrhoid itch?
