My aunt hoards...

My aunt loves to hoard....she has so much stuff and she picks up trash from others to keep in her house. As her only family, I really want to help. But she refuses to go counseling or let me get rid of stuff for her. What can I do? I have talked to her patiently for 10 years now. I go see her every weekend, to talk to her and tried to show her videos on how bad hoarding behaviors can be. I have others come to talk to her too. One time I tried to throw away some trash she kept, she started to scream and hit me. Please, tell me what I can do? 😫😫
