Phyco neighbours ... and moving out

So the has been a long road with crazy neighbours yelling and screaming and they video tape my kids all day long .. so we hade them charged with criminal harrassment and the charges were droped i have no idea why there was no court for us to go to ... now they are at it again now here is my question the man grabed himself infront of my chilren then women exposed her breast infront of my 3 year old ( legal in canada ) still discusting so wen this happend i started packing my house to leave and then 2 days after these insendents they slashed the tires on my truck and threated to burn my house down with me and husband and my children in it the police were called they are being charged but i will not live in this house anymore for the safty of my children but my landlord who has none about this the hole time is threatening to sue me for loss of income cuz i only gave her 30 days notice and not 60 what would you guys have done in this case there is so much more to this story i just wanted to vent and here others opinions
