Has anyone experienced bruising and knots in leg ?

I’ll be 36 weeks tomorrow and i have 5 knots in my left leg they hurt only when touch or bump against things and they are bruised i have 2 in my right leg same thing has anyone help experienced this in their pregnancy ?

Do you think they could be blood clots? Maybe a lot buster veins from extra weight and blood flow... I’d let you doctor know Incase they are blood clots.
