Can I ask what your signs of a misscarriage was please?

I mean before the bleeding? 
I’m 5 weeks on Saturday, Ive been in agony with cramps today? Like period pains in lower back and stomach. The pains like a pressure & stabbing pains if that makes sense, just literally feel like I’m about to misscarry 😭

I had no signs.  I was perfectly fine, still had plenty of symptoms, and then started bleeding.

Before my miscarriage my pregnancy symptoms started to disappear, and then i just started bleeding out of nowhere and miscarried naturally.

I was extremely nauseous but at that time thought it was normal me and my husband had heard the heartbeat at 6 weeks 3 days and 3 days after I guess the heart stopped but we didnt know until our 8 week check up and they couldnt find no heartbeat and it was measuring 6 weeks 6 days. I had to get a d&c cuz the baby didnt wanna come out naturally only to come to find our we had a molar miscarriage. Keep positive vibes and know that no matter what happens it's all part of the plan. I am now 36 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby girl and I'm beyond blessed and cant wait to meet her

I didn’t really have any symptoms, I just knew something was wrong. The first one, I even took a test one day because I wanted reassurance and it was so light, and I started bleeding that day.
