What NOW?!

So I need to lose weight.. or rather I need to lose this UNHEALTHY fat that is just CLINGING to my body!

Ive tried cutting and counting calories and it hasnt worked long term.

I tried upping my protein and doing less carbs no luck there.

I tried WW, various diet programs and even supplements.. with all of the same results I am still hungry even on hunger suppressants. I am hungry 24/7.

I have not tried keto because im not sure how it works really... should I give it a try? I checked it out for a couple of days(not long enough to work) but it felt extremely confusing to me..

I'm 5'2" and weigh 225lbs

I'm sick of gaining all the time I'm at a risk of really hurting myself at this weight but I cant get over the fear of being hungry?
