Starting exercise regimen?
Have any of you started exercising AFTER you found out you were pregnant? I had just started doing some body weight exercises for a couple months before I found out I was pregnant then had a terrible first trimester and dropped 15 pounds from puking so much. I wasn’t able to do any type of exercise because I felt so awful. Now I’m feeling better and I’d like to begin exercising again for strength and to help me during labor but I’m afraid of harming my baby and like shocking my body. Has anyone had experience with this? Advice?
