I got my iud about 3/4 months ago and I have been bleeding since. I was never told to check my strings but I do anyway and it seems the have gotten shorter or started to curl up. My OBGYN prescribed me medicine to help with the bleeding and it did for a bit but didn’t have lasting affects. I finally stopped bleeding without the medicine about 3 days ago but now I am experiencing funny colored discharge. Should I schedule an appointment or no?
