Whole food plant based diet. No gimmicks. Just eat to be the healthiest version of yourself and you’ll loose plenty of weight. Do research ...listen to podcasts, watch documentaries, read online articles or books... my hubby and I have lost weight and are eating super healthy. Pretty awesome. Fasting. Choosing to walk if I dont hv to drive. That one was key for me. I made a deal with myself if I wanted a latte or a little piece of cake from a cafe Id walk there and back the 5-10blocks. Its a lil give in take but im 32 and weigh the same when I was 18!

I started follow couple of vegan people on instagram and I just listening to advise they give (like highcarbhana) I as well installed one of fitness app on my phone one of them witch give you like 10-15 minutes exercise,  in last 5 months I've lost about 10 kg. I feel great because I give my body good healthy food. I'm now 95 kg and it's going down.  I can see results in how I look and how I feel and that keeps me going.  I'm sorry for any mistakes I made in this post, English is not my first language.

Exercising daily and watching what I eat. Lost 10lbs May 13-June 13. No fried foods, only drink water or sugar free lemonade, no sweets (except my birthday and Father’s Day) I cut out a lot of bread and rarely eat it.

Argggg I hate!!! Not being able.to say who I work for!!! We have a cheater keto and its amaze balls!!! Butbi cut gluten sugar and soy and and lost a crap ton, then keto lost more:)
